Objective: Score well while testing whether teams can build trust when defection is tempting.
Setup: Join with the room code from your facilitator and wait for your team assignment.
How to play: Each round your team secretly chooses X or Y. The score depends on the pattern across all teams, with negotiation after round 4 and double points in rounds 7 and 8.
Your role: Decide whether to cooperate or defect, read the room during negotiation, and own the consequences of the pattern your team helps create.
End condition: Debrief trust, incentives, promises, retaliation, and the gap between team wins and collective outcomes.
